FRANCIS CAAMANO (PRINCIPAL BROKER)

Francis Caamano is a licensed real estate broker in New York, New Jersey, and Georgia, with nine years of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in mixed-use and retail investment sales. He holds a bachelor’s in business administration from Fordham University and a master’s in real estate from New York University.

In addition to brokerage, Francis is an Adjunct Professor at Fordham, teaching Cash Flow Analysis, Asset Management, and Leasing.

THIBAULT ADRIEN (CONSULTANT)

Mr. Adrien is the Founder and CEO of the general partners managing the Lafayette funds and the Founder and President of Brandywine Homes USA. He oversees investment decisions, property management, loan servicing operations, fundraising, and investor relations. Prior to founding Lafayette, he was a Senior Analyst at Sureview Capital, covering the U.S. Real Estate and Home Building sectors.

Previously, Mr. Adrien held roles as Vice President at Fortress Investment Group in Private Equity, where he was a Board Member at Alea North America, managing a $1 billion portfolio. He also worked as an M&A investment banker at Lehman Brothers in London and as an attorney at Ashurst in Paris. Mr. Adrien holds a Post-graduate degree in Business & Tax Law from Paris II University and an MSc in Finance.
